Atty. Marforth T. Fua obtained his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College (Mendiola) in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts Major in Philosophy from De La Salle University, Dasmariñas, in 2001. After passing and placing 8th in the 2007 Bar examinations, he joined the Firm in May 2008 as a Junior Associate. In July 2011, he was promoted to Senior Associate of the Firm and admitted as a Partner in April 2014. He was appointed as Assistant Presidential Legal Counsel in August 2022 before returning to the Firm as Managing Partner in 2023. In August 2024, he was promoted to Senior Partner of the Firm.
He is known as a straightforward and no-nonsense litigator and has handled several civil, commercial, and construction disputes involving billions of pesos.
