Mitzell Arthur R. Magdaong

Atty. Mitzell Arthur R. Magdaong received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Economics degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2002. He thereafter received his Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College (Mendiola) in 2006, and he was consequently admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2007. He joined the Firm in 2007 as an Associate. After he left the Firm in 2010, he became in-house counsel in various companies engaged in energy, banking, trading, multinational, and real estate, where he also became the head of the Legal Department. Thereafter, he joined a Government-Owned-and-Controlled Corporation engaged in trading, custom bonded warehouse, imports and exports and procurement as the Head of the Legal Division and Data Privacy Officer. He subsequently rejoined the Firm in 2023 and was admitted as a Partner in 2024. He is currently co-head of the Corporate, Directorship, Intellectual Property & Immigration Department and serves as the Firm’s Data Privacy Officer.
